Description
« During a screening of Fellini’s film ‘Amarcord,’ the projector bulb suddenly burst while Minne and I were comfortably watching from our bed. In a rush to replace the burnt-out bulb, I hastily stacked a chair on a table and ascended to change it. However, there was a muffled explosion, the house plunged into darkness, and I stumbled from my makeshift platform, failing to get back on my feet. My wife found me apparently lifeless at the foot of our marital bed. Meanwhile, I experienced a vivid review of my life, a phenomenon that’s said to occur at times. Yet, this retrospective journey wasn’t an exact replay of the life I had lived. » – Daniel Pennac
